Un proyecto de Liquidación Total organizado con el Goethe-Institut Madrid, el Foro Cultural de Austria y la colaboración de Agentes Artísticos Independientes de Madrid *

MODIFI se estructura en tres jornadas que tendrán lugar los próximos 22, 23 y 24 de octubre de 2009 y estarán constituidas por un workshop con espacios y agentes de arte contemporáneo sin ánimo de lucro donde poner en común las problemáticas específicas de nuestro contexto local y un simposio internacional en torno a los bloques Políticas de ciudad , Función Social y Estética y Producción Cultural . www.modifi.es

Exposición

Paralelamente al Simposio se presentará el proyecto de investigación Dreams of art spaces Collected. Un archivo sobre las visiones y experiencias en la muestra y mediación de arte contemporáneo. Comenzando por Europa (Austria, Lituania, Suecia, Alemania, Turquía…), China y Australia, colecciona diferentes perspectivas de artistas, espacios de proyectos sin ánimo de lucro e iniciativas gestionadas por artistas. La investigación está basada en extensas entrevistas en video con teóricos, comisarios, artistas y gestores.

Un proyecto de Dorothee Albrecht, Alf Löhr, Andreas Schmid y Moira Zoitl para la Internationale Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste (IGBK), Berlin.

A project by Liquidacion Total, organized together with the Madrid Goethe-Institut, the Austrian Cultural Forum, and with the collaboration of the Madrid Independent Art Agents*.

Exhibition

In parallel to the Symposium, we will present the research project Dreams of Art Spaces Collected. An archive of the visions and experiences in exhibiting and mediating contemporary art.
